Wednesday — the demo. Showed a demo of what I've been building — an agentic platform that lets people build agents, analytics workflows, dashboards, generative UI. There's a lot underneath it: designing the harness, doing really good evaluations, and the semantic-discovery piece. Demo'd it to people, and it landed. Now the focus shifts to productionizing it — that's what's going on next.

On the side, I've been reading Bird by Bird, because I'm planning to write more on Substack, and I need to ground myself in some good thoughts first before I do.

And I still haven't quite gotten over losing that book. It's lingering.

proved Agentic platform demo landed with stakeholders — moving to productionization next.
